Paul Klose is the founder of Technique Development and also senior consultant.
He has personally designed and implemented dozens of database applications
over the course of the last decade.
He is a respected lecturer
and author and has taught courses at UCLA Extension since
1983, including the popular Microsoft Office, Visual FoxPro and Power
PC Usage courses. He also has written many computer magazine articles
and books. He has a degree in Computer Science from UCLA and was
a member of the development team responsible for
originating the windows-based GUI interface at Xerox during the early 1980's
and later "borrowed" by Apple and Microsoft.
Technique Development has a staff of contract workers and is also
part of a network of independent consultants, all of which have
extensive backgrounds in database development and Internet development technology
They all have a variety of skills including competence in project management,
programming in various languages, training skills and knowledge
of local area and wide area networking.
Either Mr. Klose and/or one for more skilled consultants will personally
handle all the details of the project, including initial consultation,
implementation and support.
